Dove into some water quality numbers for Toledo today. Im still - TopicsExpress

Dove into some water quality numbers for Toledo today. Im still trying to get more. What I found today left me with more questions than answers.... Toledo sucked in raw toxic high water in 2014, 2013, 2011 from Lake Erie. It was filtered out in the past. Only this past weekends dangerously high toxins got into tap. Why?? This algae bloom was well forecasted. Why did the city filter out this toxin in the past, but couldnt this time? ...In fact in 2011 the raw water sucked in high microcystin levels equal to that of this past weekend. ( >5 ppb) But was filtered out that year. Why not this time? The EPA asked the city to switch tests the week before the high test. Did this possibly cause a false positive, or miss something that was caught in previous years? Im not looking to go after anyone here, Im just trying to look for answers.
