Down a farm lane and in a woods there is an old abandoned Cemetery in Abbeville County SC. My wife Betty Whittaker has Robinson Ancestors buried there. About 60 years ago someone vandalized and broke all the markers. On Saturday 15 Nov 2014 we reset 5 of 11 restored markers. We uncovered an old fieldstone marker for Richard Robinson b. 1751 d. 1831. This is the 4th great grandfather of Betty Whittaker. His wife Mary Henry Robinson is buried beside him.
