Down in distraction with stay and come. Down can be very hard to learn, and in Rodneys case he had a dog out of shot staring him down and showing overall a naughty set of manners that I had to step in and correct at one point. But we dont run away from distraction, we embrace them! The foot technique is a good follow-up if the dog is not following your hand command. He committed to the directive in the end and did a great recall!
