Downloaded app for copying videos off you-tube and it was either that software or when I tried to plug high speed USB in to wrong port life went upside down. Spent 3-4 days trying to stop computer form freezing, ran 2 anti viruses in both regular mode and safe mode , ran 2 mal-ware programs in regular mode and safe mode plus reset system restore 3 times, and ran registry cleaner, then Microsoft malicious tool software oh yeah in both modes with the operating system, then finally gave in copied all the files I hadnt backed up in a week made sure programs and files were saved ran the wizard for resetting the computer plus leaving my setting alone.....nope didnt work so ran the basic format back to box condition and now it works flawlessly and I will spend the next 3-4 days reloading software. Had to be a glitch in the registry some where all because I wanted convert a video and add some special touches to it for the holidays.......and no software picked up on the problems antivirus scan downloaded files, mal-ware running in back ground and still...........but the wizard of pics and video will be back just tracking back slowly....yes I save doctored pics.....and videos from last year......to smart had to push the limits and found them ....OUCH...:)
