Downsizing? Donations for York Public Library’s Annual Book Sale, held this year from Thursday evening July 17th till Saturday July 19th, are NOW being accepted through July 7th. We welcome books in GOOD condition, especially current fiction, quality children’s books, DVD’s, and audio books on CD. Books may go into the Library’s permanent collection; the rest become part of the Sale. The next reader, cook, or child might treasure your donation! Unfortunately the Library cannot accept damaged books, textbooks, manuals and reference books. Soft cover books can now be placed in your recycling bin in York. If you would recycle it or toss it, so would we! Please drop off your donations in the Library’s lower lobby, there is an elevator. Thank you for your help! FMI call 207-363-2818.
