COLLABORATION AGREEMENT Dr. Cavalieri-Tunçel Lawyers & Accountants (Argentina,Turkey) International Business Structuring Foundation (IBSFC) Mauritius This Collaboration Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made this 6th.January.2015 and serves as a facilitating document towards establishing collaboration: Scope of Work and Services The Parties undertake to provide the following services: 1) Precious metals (gold, platinum-iridium) and diamonds to be imported by Jewellers in Istanbul and New York primarily and other cities of Türkiye and United States ; and export of jewels and gold and all kinds of prescious metals from Jewellers of Istanbul to the rest of the world. 2) Argentina meat to be exported to Arab Countries, India, Africa and Europe. We are able to export Halal certificacion. 3) Trade & customs, free trade (Apec). This issue is of fundamental importance to optimize taxes and import duties imposed on the countries of the world. We are planning to install an office in Santiago de Chile to commercialize Argentinean products (elaborate meat) that would be produced in Chile.
