Dr. Craig Faulks of The George Washington University Hospital prepares for another season of Washington Kastles Team Tennis Washington, DC (June 10) -- The Washington Kastles begin another season of Mylan World TeamTennis (WTT), bringing live tennis tournaments to Washington, DC in July 2013. The George Washington University Hospital and Dr. Craig Faulks, orthopedic surgeon, will serve as the medical providers for The Kastles, owned by local entrepreneur Mark Ein. Dr. Faulks, who has been the head team physician for the Kastles for each of their first five seasons, is a sports medicine physician specializing in athletic injuries and surgery of the knees and shoulders. The matches which run from July 8-24 feature celebrity players Venus Williams and Martina Hingis. All Kastles home events are at Kastles Stadium which is easily accessible by Metro via the Waterfront-SEU and L’Enfant Plaza stations, both within three blocks of the stadium.
