Dr K.K. Talwar is so right. When someone in our house falls sick, has heart attack, cancer or any ailment then neighbours as well as relatives go to that house and wish recovery while offering help - whereas when someone in the house becomes a drug addict, we all run away from that person. The addict is also ailing and needs support of society to recover. We should all help addicts recover and return to mainstream. The government has set up specialised hospitals and clinics and offering free medicines. The society must also do its bit.
