Dr. Kellis Favorite Healthy Things: Day #12: My Favorite Green Smoothie It may look green but it doesnt taste it! 1 Frozen Banana 1/2 Cup or more of Fresh Pineapple 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk A bunch of Kale (thick stems removed) 1TBS Flax Water as needed for blending Kale is one of the most nutrient dense foods available! Flax is a superfood that adds some healthy omega-3 fats to your smoothie. Your kids will love the flavor, but if you dont like the color (yes its green) add some frozen cherries or put it in a covered container. The amounts of each ingredient are flexible, so alter as needed until you LOVE it! Hope you enjoy!
