Dr. Mac Cottingham, Horizon Surgical, is offering a free informational seminar on the Adjustable Lap-Band® System procedure at Cullman Regional Medical Center on Monday, May 12 from 6 pm until 7 pm in CRMC’s Ave Maria Room located in Professional Office 2. The seminar will include an explanation of the Lap-Band® System procedure, information on nutrition and other lifestyle changes required for success with the system, a chance to ask questions about the procedure and information on insurance and financing options.
