Dr Machar ,he put a clear idea. On the formation of the interim government in juba ,,,by asking the IGAD , to address the cure issue of the problem in the ruling party SPLM ,,, not just to rush to the conclusion of government just ,,,,, the current government is not any more for South Sudan in the matter of fact ,is for junta who just want to have some merits ,and assets with out accountability ,,as they are now wasting the income by buying mercerises or external troops from Uganda ,Rwanda ,sudan opposition , So IGAD must find out the final solution to the problem ,not just bringing the idea of interim government .weldone doctor solution .
