Dr Muhammad Taufiq is a paediatric neurosurgeon from Karachi, Pakistan, who has previously practised in Saudi Arabia, and for the past several years been practising at several hospitals in Dublin, Ireland. He has contributed alot from his personal wealth towards the construction/establishment of a Mosque/Dawah centre in Dublin-15 area (dawahcenter.ie/) and his martyred wife, daughter and two sons, had dedicated their lives for seeking Islamic knowledge and had intended to join their father in the maintenance of the Dawah (Islamic propagation) centre upon their graduation. The eight convicted were sentenced on Wednesday 25th June 2014. The crime took place in the early hours (12am onwards) on Friday 13th September 2013.
