He speaks critically on how he was suddenly kept in the dark about the progress to Victorias road safety systems to Tamilnadu(India)- the very same contract he had worked tirelessly to help launch. Since 2003-2012, Dr Kanagaraj was solely responsible for initiating all communication between Vic roads & AUS TRADE with the Tamilnadu Government because he had the passion to save lives by making the Indian roads safer for day to day travel. The World Health Organisation in 2011 stated that India suffered from the highest number of deaths - around 1,05,000 in absolute terms annually-due to road accidents in the world owing to poor infrastructure and dangerous driving habits.
