Dr. Philip Ugbodaga Wrote-Afenmai Youth Coalition (AYC) is the umbrella organization for all the youth groups in Afenmai land and is the youth wing of and affiliated to the Afenmai Forum (AF) which is the umbrella association for all Afenmai sons and daughters. Afenmai Youth Coalition (AYC) was established to provide a formal platform to empower Afenmai youths to participate in nation building. MISSION: To utilize the youth force in all fields of national development VISION: To become a world class youth forum by understanding and fulfilling the needs of youths in Afenmai land. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: 1. Promoting a positive image of Afenmai Forum (AF) to all young people in Afenmai land 2. Maximize the influence of youths in shaping the future of the Afenmai people 3. Strengthening the educational, cultural, environmental, political, social, and economical conditions of youths in Afenmai land 4. Developing a vibrant, highly-connected and self-sustaining youth sector so as to nurture World-Ready Youth ( Youths with the values, outlook, and skills to thrive and succeed in a global environment and yet maintain strong ties to their families, communities and the nation) 5. Promoting circulation of information and expertise, interaction and networking among youth organizations in Afenmai land 6. Fostering the development of Afenmai youths with marketable job skills and helping them achieve well-rounded development that includes career planning, lifelong learning, and personal leisure activities. 7. Building a youth community in Afenmai land armed with qualities that will enable them compete with advanced youths in any corner of the world. 8. Patronizing and facilitating vocational training and micro-credit schemes for unemployed and unskilled Afenmai youths for their flourishing as entrepreneurs. 9.
