Dr.Prabhakar shared some of his inconveniences given by lobby and shadow networks which can not be handled with the humanity he has to them inclusively and he asked me to take a diversion for which I responded my part in their dismissal drama.I find my wait is over that I expect him to speak now to dissolve all the difference and take back the memos and suspension, dismissal order.Dress code is to an individuals responsibility by all means.You can dress anyway.You can not take that your privilege.It is ridiculous to take hold on dress code as administration procedure.I can make convincing facts on this if the administration wishes to further this.When I take charge as director, The first agenda I will bring before the committee is to liberate students to have their own code of conduct with due conviction not to cause public disorder anyway. Attendance, test, exam . id card are restrictive if made as habit.They got to draw the attention of students for the purpose that will be more pronounced with purpose.Realise they all cause torture and rush that many times ends in accidents.I would have given justification then too but my rant gets registry rather than my content only for which I received the suspension and dismissal order.I have not accepted it, and gave clear explanation of my stance too.The reply I gave on the charge sheet returned to the office in person is the one which came from my heart at the moment.Living too needs resources, mind it. I can not talk to Dr.Selladurai then, in the way as I talk to the higher officials.They dont mind respectful gestures, but respectful actions.I , as a part of governing council have a lot specific to him to be indicated as basic job requirement of a faculty.HE continues his forces in the same way humiliating and depriving my peace with silly inhibitions which the chairman of governing council even can not object.Let them give me way to speak, or to reply , or to appointment me to get my dues realizing that I am doing the job as correspondent of CIT only all these times. Thanks to Dr.Prabhakar.I never wish to move against him, I pushed him to move up long time back since he facilitated me what I could avail officially ever.If that has happened , he would not have been to resign his job to move up.He would not have made me to move out too, if he had given me space in administration which his conscience will justify. He made my life glow.He made my efficacy boosted to best.He made my mistakes corrected with conviction though they are right in my view.I gave up only for his power there because they are my strengths to take leaps.Ironed out traits will always make you in queue.Sorry professor, I loose my originality if I iron out my traits for the peer pressure you have.Let me be as I am.I am grateful to you otherwise. LOT LOADS OF LOVE TO YOU, PROFESSOR.I have not seen you as my boss, and I dont want you to be the boss any more too.I will not beg you if you hold my progression in your hands, saying that you are only a part of management now.Let the nature make what its desire is. SOMEONE IN CIT IS GIVING HOPES TO PEOPLE WHO WISH TO AVOID CONSIDERING MY CLAIMS FOR WHICH I GET STAGNATED.IT IS EVIDENT WITH THE REPLIES OF Dr.SELLADURAI TO THE REFEREES AS I AM NOT WITH CIT OFFICIALLY.THE ROYALTY DUE TO ME IS NOT TO ME TILL THIS TIME.THE SALARY DUE TO ME IS NOT TO ME TILL THIS TIME.IS IT NOTTHE GOVERNING COUNCIL TO FACILITATE ME TO TAKE UP A HIGH PROFILE?. who will accept Dr.Selladurai as my referrer on behalf of CIT.what is wrong if I claim for governing councils attention?.Who will object me as referrer to Dr.Selladurai, all in CIT?.Feel the difference.Gossips, rumours, influences, shadow networks are not for academicians, scholars. Having lost the entire living in these swirls, Professor.Sethurathnam can take the lead here.How can I live if he intervenes in my personal space?.He holds the absolute right and responsibility to propagate my best even now since he had been the head for the longest term of my career.Every HODs hold the responsibility to give my best, all my colleagues and students too.If they cant for their survival, which hold Dr.Prabhakar too, rules are to my favour for which they got to respond.They can not take authoritative decisions on their own. It is the career of an individual and life of a family, and Dr.Selladurai says a single line of statement as everything is done as per procedure.Is he not to detail the procedure for his responsibility?. He says no more arguments as formal quote, when the query is clear to the core on the purpose initiating discussion. I saw a comment in the web as Dr.Prabhakars administration is queried since the faculty in his department were not to concept and literally give out the content of the syllabus.When there is pressure to survive, with hawks finding faults all around, none can give concept by core, the links of society even as family is burden not participation in this rapid era since duty either side is taken as mere charge simply, not mindful sharing. The period then is computer science in the peak and is emerging too.The first priority then was industry , not teaching.That is the reason I believe he had his department faculty seated in a hall to share things liberally.Internet was then a privilege, not a facility any way. The emergency now is absolutely on life and liberty.It is not simply availing what is stipulated in the norms. Whether you make your stance legal, health, science, maths, family or any thing to your choice, make it to me that I can move on.I need my job absolutely which is the core of my representation.I will not stick to any format, which are to norms , I will make conviction to all that they can change their views.I seldom commit mistake, as I work for purpose always.When you fail, the effort needs more that is not a failure but trial. Many brilliant people lost their lives when intelligent tries to make what they said happen.Since brillant people will have no reservation, they respond to situation which is not always procedure but innovative.When you seek precedence they can not, they can not bring out the purpose too in the fear and want ,for the procedure is practice thus precedence.
