Dr. Sharlotte Neely has a new book published. /Native Nations: The Survival of Fourth World Peoples/, edited by NKU Anthropologys Sharlotte Neely, will be published this month by JCharltonPublishing, Ltd. of Canada. Five anthropologists, one geographer, one linguist, and one political scientist focus on seven groups of Fourth World peoples within ten First World nations, compared and contrasted in regard to their strategies for survival. One of the contributing anthropologists is NKUsown Michael J. Simonton, Director of NKU Celtic Studies, who writes about the Celts of Brittany in France. Other chapter authors are from Norway, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. Dr. Neely has written the introductory chapter.
