Dr Susan was charged by the Singapore medical council for overcharging a Brunei patient for her medical fees. This time ard , Mr Alvin Yeo and his legal team/firm was found guilty of overcharging his legal fees by more than 1 million dollars !!! He should be subject to a disclipinary hearing by the law society for overcharging his legal fees. A doctor was punished by SMC for overcharging her patient and in this case Mr Alvin Yeo is also found guilty of overcharging his legal fees . He should be in for a disclipinary hearing by the law society for this. If he is not punished by the law society for this , then this will be a double standard !!! Doctor punished by SMC for overcharging and lawyer not punished by law society for overcharging !!!
