Dr .Tedros Attended Egypts President Inauguration Foreign Minister Dr. Tedros Adhanom attended the inaugural ceremony of Egypt’s new President Abdul Fata al-Sisi (June 8). He also met the new President and other Egypt’s government officials on various cooperation areas and the GERD. While having discussion with President El-Sisi, Dr Tedros assured him of Ethiopia’s commitment for cooperation based on trust and confidence which opens a new era of partnership. The two sides have also agreed to reactivate the technical dialogue between Sudan, Egypt and Ethiopia and complement by a high political consultations. Dr. Tedros also met and held discussions with Egyptian Foreign Minister Nebil Fahmi. During the discussion the two Foreign Ministers agreed to further strengthen the bilateral relations of the two countries in areas of investment and tourism, among others. They also exchanged views on GERD and the CFA. During his stay in Cairo Dr Tedros held talks with the chairman of Almoez Holding Group Engeener Mustafa Almoez .The company is engaged in tourism sector investment in Ethiopia. The chairman of the Group on the occasion expressed his commitment to expand the company’s investment activities in other sectors. Dr. Tedros also visited the Egypt’s national museum.
