I used myself in a research setting after my closed head injury almost two years ago. I sustained a subdural and subarachnoid bleeding. I lost a significant amount of my brain cells in my frontal lobe of the brain. I underwent brain surgery. Today my cognitive brain function is better than even before my brain injury. In the six parameters of my cognitive functions I am in the 85 to 90th. percentile. I have some dramatic charts to prove that neuroplasticity is alive given proper stimulus. I stopped taking XALO for six months and the cognitive charts took a dive in all six parameters. I then restarted taking XALO and up went the charts. The Consumer Research Council in Washington, D.C. have re-elected me as One of the Top Surgeons in America this year -- for the tenth time. I am about to celebrate my 81st. birthday on November 7th. I am still doing advanced laparoscopic robotic surgery. Sadly I will be retiring on December 18th. solely due to my malpractice insurance will not cover me.
