So he replaced the mesh (dressin/bandage covering the intestines), washed out the abdominal cavity & sutured the area where the old mesh was stained with bile/intestinal content which indicated the leak.They will keep him in the recovery room to monitor his pain control and then assess rather he should go to the floor or to ICU. Depending upon his pain will determine rather he will go on the regular floor or back to ICU. He woke up in some pain, so the Anethesiologist is working with him to determine if he will need the intubation tube for a little longer while under the extra pain meds. ♡♥GOD IS FAITHful♡♥
