Dr. Vin called today and said my blood work looked great! He did say that I was a little anemic, but the was the norm before. This is GREAT, GREAT NEWS! This will be my surveillance. Every 3 months I will have blood drawn with specific attention to my cancer markers. If they are abnormal, more test will be pursued. I go back in November for another draw. I also see my plastic surgeon in November to determine how my skin is healing, and negotiate when the second phrase of reconstruction can take place. During the second phrase, my expanders will be removed and replaced with implants. I cant wait for this! The expanders are extremely uncomfortable and not malleable. ugh! Ill do my best to keep updating! LOVE YOU ALL!!!!
