Dr zhakr naik said and proved in his statement that niqab is not compulsory in Islam but hijab is. Also niqab to mustaab if one didnt use its no punishable offence even dou is good if you chose to. more so that what is most important about hijab is the blossom(chest) because the ayah specifically state it and it has been scientifically proved that it is the most catchy or attractive part of a woman before the face. then I was convinced when someone ask me,when do men still like or fall in love with women with rough face? This is a lesson for the hijabites that their hijab must cover their chest living no shape or reflection,maybe that is why niqabites use it with wide garment..kimar/hijab.
