Dragon Ball Character of the Day King Piccolo King Piccolo was a Namekian and a legendary fighter for the people of Earth. He was created after Kami split from his evil side which evolved to King Piccolo. Once that happened, King Piccolo created an army of his evil sons to conquer the world. For many years, the world was under his reign and Kami couldnt stop him because if he did then Kami would have died as well. All that was left was Master Mutaito, Roshi and Shen who just barely destroyed King Piccolos sons. His power was too great but Mutaito managed to trap King Piccolo inside a rice cooker jar, saving the world before he died. Many years later, King Piccolo would be released from his prison thanks to Emperor Pliaf who was planning on using him to help conquer the world. King Piccolo created his sons, Tambourine and Piano. He had Tambourine to kill all Martial Artists, including Krillin and claim the Dragon Balls. He also created another son named Cymbal but was killed by Yajrobe who just not long met Goku. Not long after, Goku and Tambourine had their rematch and King Piccolo lost another son. He would then confront Goku himself, easily defeats him and almost kills Goku. After thinking that he killed Goku, King Piccolo managed to claim the other Dragon Balls, confront Master Roshi but ended up being killed after failing to use the same technique that Mutaito used to trap King Piccolo. Once King Piccolo called for the Dragon, he killed Chiaztou just before he ruined his wish. With no one else in his way, King Piccolo wishes for eternal youth, restoring his full power. No time later did King Piccolo ditched Pilaf and began his reign of destruction, setting up residence at King Furry, king of the worlds headquarters. Tien would confront King Piccolo after mastering the evil containment wave but would end up being beaten by King Piccolos new son, Drum. Just before Drum killed Tien, Goku arrived, killing him. After killing Drum, King Piccolo fought Goku once more, this time was a little different since Goku received some special training after drinking the divine water. King Piccolo had to use his full power and their clash ended up destroying East City. King Piccolo would end up breaking Gokus legs and left arm. Sensing that the end was near, King Piccolo flew into the air, ready to deliver the final attack. Goku, with one arm left used all of his strength to kill King Piccolo by going through his stomach, a technique similar to Dragon Fist. With King Piccolo dying, he created one more son that would also be his reincarnation named Piccolo or Piccolo jr. Hopping that his son would continue his work.
