Dragon Ball Character of the Day Puar Puar is Yamchas friend, who helped him in his one time job as a desert bandit. Stealing peoples belongings so they can past the desert. She is also a shape shifter and went to the same school as Oolong. Puar and Yamcha would change their ways after encountering Goku, Bulma and Oolong. After escaping and foiling Pilafs plans, Puar would also turn into a pair of scissors to cut of Gokus tail when he turned into a big ape. After that she would live with Oolong and Yamcha at Bulmas house. Puar was seen with the rest of her friends at the World Martial Arts Tournament. After Master Roshi wins but under the guise of Jackie Chun, Puar would continue to live with Yamcha, she was going to help Goku in his battle with the Red Ribbon Army but by the time they reached headquarters, Goku defeated them all. Puar would team with Upa to help Yamcha beat the invisible man which required the assistance of both Roshi and Bulma. Puar would later go into hiding with Roshi, Bulma, Yamcha, Tien and Chiaztou during King Piccolos reign of terror before he was killed by Goku. From time to time Puar would be seen but not participate in any major battles since she was very weak. She was very sad that Yamcha died in battle against the Saiyans but was happy when he was brought back to life after Friezas defeat. Like the others, she was killed by Buu but later brought back to life
