Dramatic first day at the Dracula course, severe weather at Omu Peak on both loops took its toll. Still 3 superstrong girls in the lead and they have made it thru the high altitude but still there are some nasty forrestrun left. Rumour says that a leading guy this morning was paralized of a passing bear and the girls just pass. There are many brave stories to be told from all runners of this tremendous challenge. Two American girls was stopped and have to sleep at Omu +2507, some was lost in tricky parts and have to fight there way back home to sequrity in the darkness. Another english female runner shows guts after a nasty wound at the knee as early as CP3 No surrender... Will we even get 10 runners to the finish? The night are long, now parts of the management time will get 3 hours sleep and then we will probably have a historic winner of an epic race, Also the managementteam are struggling so no pictures yet of todays fight for surviving. Will come for sure so follow the racers. Tomorrow is another day and Vlad&Silvania is looking for new victims
