Drank some 5 hour energy on the way to Cascade. Cant sleep so I thought I would detect the beach at the camp site. Forgot my head lamp at the truck, so I left the CTX 3030 on the beach and went back to get it... (only about 100 yards away) When I got back, I found this fox chewing on the coil wire 10 feet from me. I checked out coil for a few hours and it seems to work fine, but I am not sure about taking it under water... Worst part is that the coil is a loaner from Gerry McMullen...(sorry about that Gerry) I wonder if the coil warranty covers fox damage? Gerry, I will give you my new coil when I get it back from Minelab.
