Dreams Free Festival at F.A.S.T. Surfers village F.A.S.T. (Free Architecture Surf Terrain) will hold the Dreams Free music festival on 15 and 16 June on Scheveningen Boulevard. Come and enjoy a weekend of free music as well as a host of other fun activities for the young at heart, such as longboard workshops, skateboarding and graffiti art workshops. Expect DJs, funk and soul, hip hop, rock, drum and bass, mixed together with surfing, sports, art and a relaxed atmosphere. F.A.S.T. (Free Architecture Surf Terrain) is a unique surfers village on the Scheveningen Boulevard. It is located at the best surfing spot in the Netherlands, near the main harbour, and is built out of shipping containers.
