The Lansing team is coming together nicely with the addition this week of my Chief of Staff, Jami Des Chenes. Youll remember Jami from my time in the House. Shes highly competent and will always have a friendly ear to the District. You can trust her as much as I do. Together, were preparing the office and organizing legislative priorities, as I continue to tour the District in a whole new capacity. We have a couple of months to listen to the ideas and concerns of people in all corners of the 32nd Senate District, as we head into 2015. Then, together, well just get er done! My heartfelt thanks to Senator Roger Kahn for all of his help, encouragement and mentorship, as he wraps up his legislative priorities. Im pleased to call him a friend. And... while we built an extraordinary team over the past year, with lots of thank yous to hand out, none of this would be possible without the hard work and organizational skills of Veronica L. Horn! Weve been a team for more than thirty years, and weve stood side by side in the political arena for more than twenty. Shes deserves a nice warm-weather get-away, for sure. :) (thank you honey) I should have new contact information soon for our Lansing and in-district offices, but youll always have easy access to us here and through my personal info.
