A bit of googling reveals their business model to be : Never complete/Delay housing projects but grab money under pre-launch schemes [75 ongoing projects] and then refund this money with post dated cheques of Six Months and enjoy the float. Most of the times these cheques are not getting honored due to insufficient funds. Few days later, they sell the same flat to other people and trap them. Issued in the interest of House Hunters :)
