Drinking hydra slim and doing this diet and losing 1lb a day Heres a list of foods you can have Cheese (ltd amount) All meats (limited sausages and burgers) All fish Veg (no potatoes - no swede – no parsnips) All salad (not too many toms or peppers) Eggs Sugar free pop (minimal amount) Water Milk ( not too much) Gin & vodka ok with sugar free drinks (ltd amount) Minimal tea and coffee with only sweeteners Full fat mayo (Ltd amount) Cant have Any fruit (so high in sugar) Bread pasta rice cakes pastries potatoes - swede – parsnips Anything tinned (full of sugar) sweets choc Beer crisps sauces Right few ideas for you Breakfast: 2 pouched eggs or scrambled eggs or boiled eggs – mushrooms n grilled Tom Breakfast – sausage – bacon – grilled toms – eggs – mushrooms Breakfast; omelette Lunch – pack of prawns – salad – full fat mayo or small amount full fat coleslaw Lunch – tin tuna – 2 boiled eggs – salad – full fat mayo Lunch omelette Dinner: steak – mush – toms – fried egg Dinner – lamb – veg Dinner – peppers stuffed with baby Tom n mozzarella roasted in oven with salad yum Dinner veg stir fry served with meat. ( chick breast – steak – pork steak – lamb steak) I cook a pack of sausages n snack on them or a cooked chicken n snack on that x Kebab without the bread with salad and full fat mayo Omelettes are fab: Cheese omelette mushroom omelette onion omelette - mix anything in it for the yes list Poached eggs and boiled eggs again fab Scrambled eggs Stuffed peppers with toms and mozzarella cheese Poached eggs – sausage – grilled toms omelette - grilled toms & mushrooms Steak (or any other meat, pork lamb ect) – mushrooms – toms – salad tin tuna – boiled eggs – cheese – salad meat & veg sausage , bacon , poached eggs – toms mushrooms Kebab meat – mixed meat – chicken meat ect from kebab shop without the bread and salad I advise doing this till your nearly at the target weight Once you hit that point i advise to have 1 day with the above and 1 day with carbs in it but no meat or eggs or cheese x Free foods: Meat, Fish, Fowl, Shellfish, Eggs, All cheese except diet cheese, cheese spreads or whey cheese. Salad Veg: Alfalfa sprouts, celery, chicory, chives, cucumber, endive, escarole, fennel, jicama, lambs lettuce, lettuce,mache, morels, mushrooms, olives, pak choy, parsley, peppers, radicchio, radishes, rocket, Romaine (Cos), Sorrel.Herbs: basil, dill, rosemary, coriander, oregano, thyme.Veg: artichoke hearts, asparagus, Aubergine, avocado, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, beet greens, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, celery root, chard, christophene, collard greens, courgette, dandelion greens, hearts of palm, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, mangetout, okra, onion, pumpkin, rhubarb, sauerkraut, spaghetti squash, spinach, spring onions, stringless beans, summer squash, tomato, turnips, water chestnuts.Beverages: water, decaffeinated tea or coffee, diet soda, iced tea with artificial sweetener, cream, herb tea. No fruit, bread, grains, starchy vegetables or dairy products (other than cheese, cream or butter). Avoid diet products as they are fat restricted and normally have sugar added to compensate xx You have 20g of carbs per day, so keep track of them instead of calories or fat like you normally do xx
