MoLSAMD recognizes the need for coordination among stakeholders to ensure a flexible and efficient response to the demand of quickly emerging reintegration opportunities. At the same time, MoLSAMD acknowledges the need to ensure consultation on key policy issues, transparency and accountability in financial management with all the actors and stakeholders involved in the APRP. Establishment of a PRP Coordination Unit within NSDP (National Skills Development Program) and PDJCU (Program Development and Job Creation Unit ) at MoLSAMD (will be referred to as “unit”) shall enable both the MoLSAMD joint secretariat for APRP and international partners to achieve effective coordination and ensure transparency and accountability. The overall objective of the National PRP Coordination Program is to support communities affected by conflict to coordinate and doing recovery in a holistic and productive way. The APRP Coordination Program will focus on a community-wide, participatory approach to settle local conflicts. The program will extend to 4,000 villages in 220 districts identified as priorities by the APRP Joint Secretariat, provided that they are accessible and secure. The program have a special focus on the urgent and long term issues of vulnerable women in the areas of intervention. Job Description Drive the office vehicle safely for transport of authorized personnel. 2. Keep assigned vehicle clean both internally and externally. 3. Carry out daily preventive maintenance, including checking fuel & water check (radiator and wipers), lights, tires pressure, horn and general inspection of interior and exterior of the vehicle. 4. Maintain the vehicle logbook properly filled out with fleet information as well as maintenance of, and making sure it is signed properly by authorizing 0fficer. 5. Undertake errands as requested. 6. Assist purchase officer in procurement of vehicles spare parts. 7. Assist the Mechanics to repair the vehicle. 8. Perform as a duty driver at non-official time as assigned by Logistics. 9. Undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time. 10. Be able to travel to any province/part of Afghanistan. 11. Be polite to all members of staff and visitors to PDJCU.
