Driving home from work last night I saw something quite unusual. I usually take Cornelius Pass Road and then down Germantown to HWY 30 and then over the Fremont bridge. (Locals know where this is). Coming to the bottom of German Town Road there is a little turn about where 3-4 cars can park and access Forest Park. As I passed this area (30 mph) there was a state police car with trunk open. The officer with blue plastic gloves was carrying a large silver box and then just hurled it down the ravine into the dry creek bed. He proceeded back to his squad car while peeling the gloves off. he looked straight at me as I slowly passed. What in the FREAKING HELL was this cop doing? It has been bothering me since yesterday.
