Driving through London using Doris, my Sat-nav. She took me straight into Brompton rd/Knightsbridge, ( a world famous high end shopping & fashion mecca). What a mess! Solid traffic. Impatient drivers dangerously jumping lanes only to get stuck in the next one. Buses crawling along in their dedicated lanes, taxis ignoring all the rules and, bloody stupid rickshaws going the wrong way occasionally jumping on the sidewalks. Then I had to negotiate Piccadilly & Shaftsbury Ave, ( theater district). Traffic much the same all the way through the West End. Finally after having spent what seemed a lifetime in the car, I reached my destination in the middle of our financial district.
