Drizzly, damp fall day here. Im in one of those ruts where I cant decide what I want to fix for dinner. Yesterday, a friend mentioned BBQ Beef ribs so that made me hungry for BBQ! I have a Chuck Tender Beef Roast slow roasting in the crock pot. About an hour before serving I plan to shred it and add BBQ Sauce. We will have BBQ Beef Sandwiches and these Parmesan Rosemary Roasted Potatoes as a side and either Green Beans or Corn. Dark Chocolate Brownies and Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert. Today, that same friend is fixing beans in her crock pot, so I may have to soak beans and thaw a ham bone for later in the week because ham and beans sound good, too! Happy Tuesday!
