Drop-in Yoga sessions or 6-week Yoga course - Eastbourne town centre. These sessions are an exploration of both the philosophical and physical challenges within our own individual yoga practice, on our own journey. We’ll start with arriving into the space, calming and centering ourselves. We’ll then begin with some postures (asanas) that shall produce some heat around the body (strengthening asanas), before exploring the opening up of our bodies with some deeper stretching asanas. All asanas and philosophical principles will be practiced according to each individual body and mind’s capability, therefore the class is suitable for everyone. Each week, we’ll focus on a particular aspect/theme within the vast journey of yoga and revisit many of the same asanas so as to become very well-acquainted with them and so to better witness our physical progression and differing mental/emotional experience during the asanas. We’ll finish with a heart-warming relaxation.
