Drop sets are an advanced training technique and a great way to increase relative strength and short term endurance. In this example, I start with weighted pull ups. A I get close to failure, I dump the weight and go straight into regular pull ups. Then as those get more difficult, I regress the movement again and do recline rows. Important note. Dont go to failure on any of these except for the last rep of your very last work set. Always leave a rep in the tank, or youll severely limit how much overload you can place on your muscles. These can start to burn pretty quickly. Enjoy 😈
