Dropped sister off in Round Rock and then drove down McNeil Rd. Turned off to get on 45 Toll and hit a wall of water! Construction debris submerged. Immediately prayed! Water was over back up camera making it difficult to back up. Couldnt see where water and road began and ended. It looked like a river ahead of me. Called 911 to alert them to barricade the highway access. Sitting here now with flashers on waiting for emergency crew. Love the rain, but this is nuts!
