Dropping into the Heart Once the mind realizes the utter emptiness of its thoughts, stories and beliefs along with the imagined self; ones true refuge is revealed. This refuge is the heart. Its as though consciousness had been exiled from its true home to a strange place where apparent realities took on form and shape predicated by ones own fictional assumptions alone. This mental space was pervaded by dissatisfaction, anxiety and suffering with only momentary glimpses of true light and release. Having seen through the illusion of that spurious realm, consciousness shines freely in its own Wisdom Light, a light that in itself and of itself turns a further inward glance. With that glance a revelation of profound depth and feeling draws our sentience into its midst as consciousness descends from head to heart. Here the fury of yesterdays dreams and disappointments are replaced by soothing qualities of primordial peace, stillness and the natural bliss of Being. Our Clear Light Wisdom assures us that this heavenly realm is actually our home. In knowing this, an inner desire; as a strong feeling of compassion and unconditional Love, leads us to share this with others who so may aspire.
