Announcing the sixth annual Keystone Conference, A Celebration of Gender Diversity, which will again take place at the Sheraton Harrisburg/Hershey Hotel in Pennsylvanias centrally located capital city of Harrisburg on March 26th through 30th, 2014. Online registration for attendees will open January 15th. Have an Idea for a Workshop? We are now accepting not only proposals from future presenters, but also ideas for workshops and seminars for a variety of topics that will appeal to transgender individuals, their families, friends and allies. So even if you don’t plan to be a presenter, you can still send us your idea for the type of workshop you’d like to see at keystone! Workshop Deadline is January 15th, 2014. The mission of our workshop program is to encourage attendees to fully embrace the unique diversity and gifts of transgender people and to help them find acceptance and success in their lives. We begin scheduling presenters and workshops in early January and expect to have the schedule complete by February. Please understand that we have a limited number of seminar rooms and must consider the relevance of the topic, the diversity of the subject matter and the appeal of it to the attendees of the conference. Last year we turned away over half the applications we received, so the earlier you submit your proposal, the greater your possibility of having it accepted. Please dont delay! Reserve Your Room Now! Please make your room reservations early! We are expecting a very well attended event and a full hotel. The Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey Hotel is offering a rate as low as $102/night, but only until January 29th; then, the rate goes up $10 until March 17th. Last year the hotel sold out two of the nights so dont delay! Vendor Information & Registration Open! Vendor tables and space is limited so please register early. For 2014, we have packaged together several vendor options into two different packages to give you greater value (Ala Carte pricing is also available). Also for 2014, we are not only offering free coffee in the morning to Keystone attendees in the vendor area to increase foot traffic for you, but also hosting our Friday reception in the vendor area. Remember the earlier you register, the earlier we can post information about your business/services to our attendees and your future patrons! Advertising Information & Registration Open! Advertising pricing remains the same for 2014. Were also offering the opportunity for you to place your one-page advertisement/brochure in our registration envelopes for a marginal fee.
