Drum roll please.......... I dont know where to start. A long day with a trip to and from Baudette Mn listening to WOW 2015. Met wonderful people who shared a great book they are working on Wellness. Full color and really just amazing Then I received a FB pm from the lovely Maria Willits-Cortez and she is going to co-facilitate QPR with me in Moorhead. I am soooo excited. I see a future where there is a consortium of caring people who bring QPR across MN. Then............................ Wellness in the Woods will be holding the First Annual This is Your Brain on Art event at the Wadena Maslowski Wellness and Research Center on May 9th. We will have art vendors that may sell their work, artists holding seminars regarding the use of art for healing and recovery, food of course. Stay tuned for more information but the Center is reserved. Last but not least I emailed a Director of Several Health Services yesterday with the progress of Wellness in the Woods and he forwarded that email to his colleagues so we can begin partnering with them. I dont have permission to share a name, but I am thrilled by the potential of all the work that happened today. I think I will celebrate with a frozen chocolate cream cheese cupcake. Feeling so very very blessed. And I was thinking only days ago about next steps. Good thing God has plans for me!!!
