Drumroll........ for STARFISH ANIMAL RESCUE Foster Dog EDWIN, (a.k.a. Fast Eddie). If you have followed my postings over the past 30 days, you know that Edwin has come a long way! Edwins transport from KY was just 30 days ago. His weight had plummeted down to a mere 21.9 lbs., & when Edwin arrived he had medical issues that needed immediate attention. However, with excellent medical treatment, good nutrition & a LOT of TLC, I am so excited to show you that Edwin had made a full recovery! Edwin, (a 2 yr old male Border Collie Mix), now weighs in at a healthy 48.6 lbs .... WOW, & he is out of quarantine! I will now slowly start him on socialization skills with my other dogs at the house! Edwin goes in for neutering on Thursday this week,and once he heals Edwin will be ready for adoption! Edwin is now a very happy dog, a bit on the shy side (because of everything that hes been through over the last 30 days), but he is a very very sweet two yr. old who simply loves to be around people, & loves to be petted. Edwin is crate trained, housebroken, and walks good on a leash. Edwin sleeps in his crate overnight from approximately 10 p.m. to 8 p.m. the following morning. Edwin also travels well in a car in his crate. Edwin is ready to get some running exercise in your fenced backyard!! Fast Eddie says: Will you adopt me!? I will be your forever friend!
