Drunk in the Holy Spirit, inebriated, carpet time, laughologist seriously?! We in the church, are living in a day and time wherein anything goes. You can live anyway you want, you can twist scripture and develop a theology around that distortion, you can make claim to any kind of a delusional manifestation, and before you know it, Christians whom seem to have lost all common sense, will embrace and defend it. People like Kenneth Hagin, Rodney Howard-Browne, and Kenneth Copeland have long deceived people with their odd manifestations and built their religious empires off those manifestations. For they and their followers the mantra must be If its odd, it must be God. But, let Mel Gibson, or Roma Downey/Mark Burnett make a movie about the life of Christ, or title their movie the Son Of God, and all of a sudden discerning Christians will come out of the closet and start throwing around terms like unbiblical, new age, or Catholic driven theology. The church didnt police the many Evangelical weirdos acting drunk and laughing like fools, but they put their religious badges on for these new movies that are taking the message of Jesus Christ, as the Son of God, to the world.
