Drunken Mountie will get a slap on the hands and a desk job for a year instead of the normal sentence, Percy Parris will get a slap on the hands instead of a normal sentence ,all because they are who they are....represented by corrupt lawyers who know how to manipulate the system,before corrupt judges who were lawyers dealing with a broken system of justice......these so-called pillars of the community should get JAIL time instead they are pampered by the system....what a great example for the children to see.....a two tiered system of justice .......our legal system is a bad joke !
