Dtox: Day 3: Debrief Well Day 3 is coming to a close. Starting to get in the groove of the regimen. Woke up early. Had my Dtox shake and supplements and mixed it with unsweetened Almond milk--much better than water! Steady day of client and teaching at the Academy in the evening. Went to Aikido practice and then straight back to the club for my first dry sauna (3 per week are required to help move the toxins out through the skin). What an amazing experience to sweat out all the biological shit being released in my body! Followed up the sauna with a cold shower (a main naturopathic technique call Hydro-therapy, which move one into the para-sympathetic pathway for healing and recovery). Feeling relax and ready for a good night sleep:) All in all it was a great day! Looking forward to my next Sauna Thursday night after Aikido practice! Best! Billy
