Dual Registered Midwife Up to $73,187pa Subsidised Accommodation Relocation Assistance The Role We are seeking a Dual Registered Midwife to work in this small rural hospital. The maternity unit consists of 6 beds, is a low care unit and deliveries approximately 300 babies each year. You would work alongside another midwife on each shift, and a community obstetrician would be on call at all times. You must be competent in birth suite as well as ante natal care. This is a great opportunity to work within a fun and energetic team, in a wonderful coastal location. The Location You will be located in the Pilbara Region in this small rural hospital. The area is fantastic if you love the outdoors, as it has many camping, fishing and boating opportunities available. The weather is glorious for the most part, the area is undergoing significant growth, even being name the City of the North. The Package The salary will be determined upon experienced, but ranges between $55,617 and $73,187pa. You will also be provided with subsidised accommodation and assistance in your relocation. As shift work is required, you will also be subject to penalty rates.
