Due to a number of you contacting us with various errors with a batch of our USB’s from late last year any one with issues must contact us as we are happy to replace once we receive these back so we can send these back to our supplier for testing. We are getting accused left right and centre with issues some old and some new to our supplier so we and both stumped to what is causing this but until we get them back we can not do anything with getting sorted so please email us with any error messages and details of how you can get these back to us for replacement. Alot of you are accusing and abusing us and we are just about had enough of this we are trying our hardest to get these issues sorted but you need to work with us. We understand you frustration as we are just as frustrated as this is becoming very costly and damaging to our small business so we are working very closely with the supplier to find some answers to what has gone wrong with this batch as we have not had anything happen to us like this in the past. I have below the brands of USB’s we use from our supplier and the testing that happens before they leave the supplier. For 1GB-8GB we use MT(Micron); for 16GB we use Samsung, sometimes MT too; for 32GB we use Samsung or Toshiba. We have a very strict quality control procedure for testing the chips which is H5 test to make sure both the real capacity and read/write speeds meet and surpass the standards.
