Due to an autoimmune disorder, I take huge doses of immunosuppressants and therefore, essentially have no immune defense when it comes to cold and flu season. Everyone in my house has been miserably sick for weeks. The crud hasnt quite gone away and it keeps getting passed around. I have my diffuser in my room running constantly and have been running lavender and chamomile, thieves, and various other favorite oils... I AM NOT SICK!! (I suppose I should share with the rest of the family!) I just couldnt help but share this... It really is amazing!!
