Due to budget cuts and with immediate effect, I have just been relieved of my position as an online columnist with The Star. I cant say that I am not upset, but it is out of my editors control, and I am grateful for the full year I had, sharing my opinions and experiences and most especially, allowing others to be a part of my Shaolin kungfu training in China. This only means that something else out there is waiting for me. Thank you Martin Vengadesan and Philip Golingai for the wonderful opportunity. To those who followed my writings, thank you immensely for the support, and The Gratitudist, Im sure, will return soon in some way, shape or form. May we continue to ask ourselves: What are we grateful for today?
