Due to govt control over temples, the temples are becoming hell holes of corruption and mistreatment. And so Sanatani temples are losing followers by lakhs and crores. And these Hindus are becoming followers of several other Sant such as Sant Asaram Bapu, Sant Rampal etc. And some Hindus are becoming followers of Missionaries. A huge number of their followers are SC, ST and OBC Hindus. . I didnt know anything ANYTHING about Sant Rampal some 30 days back. But yesterday, I came to know that there are 100s of SC, OBC villages in Bihar where almost every family is follower of Sant Rampal !! A friend of mine, Aditya Anand travels widely across Indian villages across villages across states , and he said that Sant Rampals following is in 10s of lakhs across India if not crores. And most of his followers are SC, ST and OBCs. . Sant Rampal is Kabirpathi. Kabirpath is growing by leaps and bounds. As per Kabirpanth thought, Sant Kabir is the main God in the universe !!! The whole universe was created by Sant Kabir . Sant Kabir had taken birth in form of Vasishtha , then Ved Vyas etc and then finally he took birth as Sant Kabir himself. All these thoughts were documents by Sant Abhilash Das some 30-60 years back. Sant Abhilash Das passed away some 5-7 years back, and his books form dominant litreture in Kabirpanthes. . Kabirpath has several Sahib aka Guru . Most Guru in Kabirpath dont abuse Saints of others. They only confine to criticism of their views in legitimate language. But Sant Rampal decided to use abusive words for many Saints, particularly Swamy Dayanand Saraswati. The paidmedia gave him hug coverage and so his following increased even more. And this created series of disputes and rukus between followers of Sant Rampal and followers of Swamy Dayanand Saraswati. . Now the disputes are there. And disputes must be resolved, and if force needs to be used, then force needs to be used. The question is how and how should decide the use of force, who should decide amount of force to be used and who should decide direction of use of force. . The mess is increasing because followers on both side want to use private force , aggresive gherao and force administered by corrupt and nepotic judges. I oppose use of private force as well as gherao. These two methods only weaken the nation and benefit the enemy such as Missionaries, naxals. etc. . And I also oppose force administered by corrupt , nepotic judges because most judges are corrupt, nepotic, career oriented, more looking for favorable transfers and promotion, and also scared of taking stand against corrupt bosses in High Court and Supreme Court. If we use force administered by judges, then judges will sell out to highest bidders and give judgment as decided by highest bidders. The opponents of Sant Rampal can always manage to bribe judges and crush him and his ashram using force. But then chances are high that his followers will turn to naxals or missionaries. . The solution I propose is Jury Trials on all disputes --- starting with use of abusive language to land dispute in ashram to use of gherao by his opponents. The Jurors arent corrupt,are not nepotic, dont have have desire for promotion etc , are not afraid of transfers etc , and so will give mininal required punishments in RIGHT directions, and would acquit the person if no punishments are needed. This will ensure that disputes dont escalate. Otherwise, dispute will escalates, and only beneficiaies will be naxals in first round, and then Missiionaries and assorted foreigners in the second round. youtube/watch?v=QkSTysceTk8
