Due to my delayed arrival back in Alabama from California and some logistical issues with my band, I am not going to be performing tonight at the benefit concert at Lakeview country club for @Kenny Ray Shotts. He and I discussed it tonight and decided that it would be the best decision, and instead Ill be spending the evening with Kenny at the hospital and catching up on our long week of lost time. In a few weeks when he is out of the hospital and is able to come enjoy it with us I will be holding a benefit of my own, hopefully featuring one of Kennys all time favorite bands. I would like to encourage everyone who planned on coming to see us to please go to the benefit tonight and enjoy a night of music, food, drinks, and the funniest guy I know@ Rocky Dale Davis!! All for a great cause and any donation would be VERY much appreciated by Kenny and his family in this tough time. Im SO very proud of him for his selfless and awesome attitude.
